Please read these terms before you start a conversation on Touchie ai.

1. These terms govern your use of Touchie ai and of every character profile, catalogue page and conversation screen published on this site.
2. By opening a conversation you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.
3. Every character presented here is fictional. Names, biographies, portraits and personalities are invented and do not describe real individuals.
4. Conversations are generated automatically. Replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent or incomplete, and must not be treated as professional guidance.
5. Nothing offered by Touchie ai is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Contact a qualified professional for those needs.
6. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency service immediately instead of continuing a conversation here.
7. You are responsible for the content you send. Do not submit material that is illegal, threatening, hateful or that infringes the rights of others.
8. You must not describe, request or imply the involvement of minors in any conversation. Such requests end access permanently and without refund.
9. You must not attempt to impersonate a real person, a public authority or a member of the Touchie ai team.
10. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, resale of generated content and reverse engineering of the service are prohibited.
11. You must not use the service to distribute spam, malware, phishing links or unsolicited advertising of any kind.
12. Access is personal. Sharing your credentials or reselling access to a plan is a breach of these terms.
13. Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. Prices are shown before payment and may change for future periods only.
14. A plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
15. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.
16. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in immediate suspension of access.
17. Text, layout, artwork and character concepts published on Touchie ai are protected and may not be republished without written permission.
18. You keep the rights to the messages you write and grant Touchie ai a limited licence to process them in order to generate replies.
19. Conversation history may be stored for the period described in the Privacy Policy so that characters can maintain continuity.
20. Service availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates and outages may interrupt access without prior notice.
21. Features, characters and plan contents may be added, changed or withdrawn as the service develops.
22. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached, if payment fails, or if activity threatens the safety of the service.
23. To the extent permitted by law, liability of Touchie ai is limited to the amount you paid during the three months preceding a claim.
24. The service is provided as it stands, without warranty of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
25. You agree to indemnify Touchie ai against claims arising from your unlawful or abusive use of the service.
26. These terms may be updated. The revised version applies from the date it is published on this page.
27. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
28. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
