Questions, bug reports and character requests all arrive in the same place, and all of them get read.
Write to us if a conversation behaved strangely, if a payment looks wrong, if you want a character from a culture we have not covered yet, or if you would simply like to tell us which voice worked for you. Please include the character name and roughly when the conversation happened, it makes everything faster.
We answer most messages within two working days. We cannot help with requests for personal data about the characters, because none of them exist outside this site.
