Messages are processed to generate replies and to maintain continuity between sessions. Billing data is used to manage plans. Technical data is used to keep the service stable and to detect abuse.

Payment information

Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our side.

Retention

Conversation history is kept for the duration of your plan and for thirty days afterwards, unless you request earlier deletion. Billing records are kept as long as accounting rules require.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited processing partners, hosting, payment and abuse prevention, act only on our instructions.

Cookies

We use functional cookies to keep you signed in and anonymous measurement to understand which pages help people choose a character.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask for a correction, delete your conversation history, or close access entirely. Requests go through the contact page and are handled within thirty days.

Children

Touchie ai is for adults. We do not knowingly keep data about anyone under eighteen and remove such data when identified.
