A good conversation on Touchie ai usually starts smaller than people expect. Here is what works.

Open with something ordinary

The strongest first message is a plain fact about your day: where you are, what you are drinking, what you are avoiding. Characters build on detail, and detail is easier to give than a topic.

Choose the mood, not the face

Every catalogue card states a mood in one line. Pick calm company for a heavy evening and a livelier voice when you want momentum. You can switch at any time without losing the earlier thread.

Use story mode when talk runs dry

Name a place, a night market, a rooftop, a long train, and ask the character to put the two of you in it. Several of them prefer this mode and will hand you the narration halfway through.

Let silences exist

Short replies are fine. Characters on Touchie ai match your pace, so three lines from you gets three lines back rather than an essay.

Come back to old threads

Mentioning something from an earlier chat is the fastest way to make a conversation feel continuous, and paid plans keep that memory for longer.

Set the boundary out loud

If a subject is off limits, say it once. Characters will respect it for the rest of the conversation.
